Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product does not match the description or promise made at the time of purchase.

To initiate a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • An unboxing video of the package is required to facilitate a swift resolution.

Return and Refund Process

  • Return Confirmation: Once your refund request is approved by our team, we will schedule a return pick-up for the next working day through our courier partner.
  • Product Inspection: After the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check.
  • Refund Initiation: If the return passes inspection, the refund will be processed on the same or next working day.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Note: A shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount for all return orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunded only if they have not been fulfilled at our warehouse.

Once an order is marked as fulfilled, cancellation and refund requests will no longer be accepted.
